Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an OBM Sales Manager to drive automation product opportunities within HVACR, pumps and related industries. You will identify new segments, establish executive relationships, and align product roadmaps with customer needs.

The role requires strong account management skills, a deep understanding of industrial automation, and up to 50% travel, including international assignments. A technical engineering background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Engineering background required; BSEE preferred.
• Minimum 5 years selling automation components to HVACR, pumps, Food & Beverage, and logistics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify new segments/customers to promote Delta automation products and capabilities.
• Lead as primary contact for designated accounts and manage executive relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of customers' roadmaps to identify opportunities.
• Deliver timely activity reports and update opportunities in CRM.
• Develop and implement long-term account strategies for growth.
