Job summary

DMG MORI USA seeks an Automation Product Sales Manager to expand the North America automation business. Identify customer needs, create conceptual automation solutions and work with Pre-Sales Engineers to develop quotes and plans.

You will partner with Area Sales Managers to present solutions and coordinate with Project Engineers for a smooth handoff after orders. A bachelor’s in engineering and automation sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Identify customer automation needs and sales opportunities.
• Develop conceptual automation solutions and layouts.
• Gather customer requirements and prepare automation concepts and proposals.
• Collaborate with Automation Pre-Sales Engineers on quotations, schedules, and runoff criteria.
• Partner with Area Sales Managers to present automation solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers for smooth handoffs after orders.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer automation needs and sales opportunities.
