Job summary

Benchmark Automation, a division of ProMach, seeks a Project Manager to oversee machinery orders from distribution through completion and shipment. You will report to the VP/GM and coordinate internal resources plus third-party vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering with 3+ years in factory automation, strong analytical and communication skills, and readiness to travel up to 20% as needed to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ engineering experience in factory automation; project leadership preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willing to travel up to 20%.
• Experience coordinating internal resources and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility.
• Measure project performance with appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and elevate to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders; maintain vendor relations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Serve as primary contact on project status with customers and third parties.
