Job summary

LiftOne, through the BlueSkye Automation team, seeks an Implementation Project Manager to drive complex robotics and automation projects from initiation to handover. You will coordinate cross-functional resources, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project management, experience with logistics/automation, and readiness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Project Management, Business, or Engineering.
• 3+ years in Project Management leading medium to large projects.
• Experience in logistics/robotics/automation projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Initiation: align with sales/solutions to define scope.
• Execution: lead teams to meet timeline and budget.
• Budget management: track actuals and forecast spend.
• Scope: manage scope and change control.
• Quality: ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Risk & issue mgmt: identify and resolve problems.
• Communications: establish stakeholder communication plans.
• Change management: integrate best practices for sustainability.
• Facilitation: lead discussions to chart best course.
• Closure: ensure customer acceptance and handover.
