Job summary

Symbotic seeks an On-Site Project Manager to lead large automation projects across East or Central time zones, with up to 60% remote travel. You will manage cross‑functional teams, coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and customers, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality.

This role reports to the Project Execution team and requires strong communication and leadership. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in complex technical projects, a relevant engineering degree, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects.
• Proven scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex projects.
• Background in robotic automation or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery including scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams from site preparation to final system acceptance.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, QA, installation, and commissioning.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to deliver on time and budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Foster transparency and strong partnerships across all participants.
