Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ engineering experience in factory automation.
• Experience leading projects in private industry (new machine manufacturing).
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction for machinery orders and projects through the entire cycle.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution; ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Establish project scope, objectives and measure performance; report status to management.
