Job summary

Valerie Health is seeking an Agent Operations Manager in San Francisco to own a portfolio of workflows and drive them from manual to scalable automation. You will lead implementations, improve production performance, and resolve complex issues while prioritizing opportunities for automation across customer workflows.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in consulting, finance, analytics, operations, technical implementation, product, or related roles.
• Independent ownership of complex operational or technical work from discovery through launch and ongoing performance.
• Strong ability to identify high-leverage problems and make tradeoffs autonomously.
• Combines analytical and systems thinking with a builder mindset.
• Hands-on experience using data and technical tools to investigate and solve problems (SQL, APIs, logs, integrations).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations: discovery, configuration, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance across your portfolio.
• Drive automation and performance: improve automation efficiency, quality, SLA performance, and time to resolution.
• Make technical and operational tradeoffs: decide what can be solved directly and when to involve Engineering.
• Prioritize highest-leverage work across workflows and issues.
• Build reusable configurations, testing methods, monitoring, and playbooks; mentor junior teammates.
