Job summary

Equisoft is seeking a hands-on Agent AI Engineer to design, deploy, and manage agentic workflows that transform marketing, sales, and customer support processes. You will build AI agents to automate core workflows, integrate with existing MarTech stacks, and scale orchestration across tools and connectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in product, technology, analytics, automation, or similar builder roles supporting digital transformation.
• Proficiency in context engineering and LLM-based content workflows and AI-powered automation.
• Demonstrated experience building multi-step agentic workflows with generative AI tooling.
• Familiarity with Claude Cowork or equivalent folder-based orchestration tools.
• Experience with CRM/marketing tech platforms and API integrations.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI workflows and internal tools using Claude Cowork, Zapier, Copilot and other AI marketing tools.
• Implement AI agents to support customer success and customer support, integrating AI with human workflows.
• Prototype quickly, test with real users, and promote successful builds to production with monitoring.
• Define prompts, logic, approvals, error handling, and notifications for robust systems.
• Document workflows in visual tools and enable team on process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, sales ops, and vendors to manage integrations and data syncing across platforms.
