Job summary

Valerie Health is seeking an Agent Operations Associate to own build, deployment readiness, and production performance for document agents across multiple customers. You will translate requirements into reliable agent configurations, launch workflows, and monitor outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

This high-ownership role blends operations, applied AI, data, and customer success. You’ll work with engineering, customer strategy, and operations to scale automation and improve

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or technical implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach and business-minded thinking.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Implementation Build: design, configure, test, launch readiness, and post-launch performance for document-agent implementations.
• Design and Improve Workflows: translate customer processes into reliable automated workflows, routing, and exception handling.
• Measure and Prioritize: build reporting, analyze performance, and prioritize opportunities based on human-in-the-loop time.
• Increase Automation: identify why tasks require human review and drive improvements toward automation.
• Build the Playbook: codify successful implementations into repeatable processes and testing methods.
