Job summary

Cencora is seeking a technically skilled maintenance technician to support our distribution center operations in Whitestown, IN. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics of MHE systems, and upgrading control software to keep the facility running efficiently.

Applicants should have a strong electrical background, CAD reading ability, and experience with PLCs/HMI. The job requires flexibility for extended hours to meet productivity goals and is based at our Whitestown location.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years related and progressively responsible experience; strong electrical background preferred.
• Requires ability to read CAD layouts, IPB diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with PLCs, HMI, and MHE controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnoses MHE and Automated Picking System errors and repairs.
• Oversees maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of MHE controls.
• Assesses efficiency of MHE and picking systems and defines modifications.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to sustain warehouse productivity.
• Maintains CMMS/EAM records for repairs and parts.
• Manages spare parts inventory.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet productivity goals.
