Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Control Tech II to support our automated distribution center in Lockbourne, OH. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, reading schematics, configuring PLCs and HMI, and ensuring ongoing system reliability.

The incumbent will work under the Systems Manager, perform routine maintenance, manage spare parts, and be available for extended hours to meet productivity goals. A BS in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventative maintenance plans and schedules for facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair materials handling equipment and automated picking systems.
• Oversee maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of control systems.
