Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Technik/maintenance technician to support its distribution services in Olive Branch, MS. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing materials handling equipment and automated picking systems, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining CMMS records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, a strong electrical background, and proficiency with CAD diagrams, PLCs, and MHE software.

Qualifications

• Requires some technical vocational training or equivalent.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years related experience; strong electrical background preferred.
• Ability to read CAD layouts, IPB diagrams, and electrical drawings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues up to 600V.
• Experience with three-phase or single-phase systems, motors, drives, PLC/HMI.
• Experience with MHE software RSLogix, Sort Director, GSMi, IPoint, Flex Sort.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses MHE and Automated Picking System error conditions and repairs.
• Maintains and upgrades MHE controls and systems.
• Assesses efficiency and implements necessary modifications.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance for warehouse productivity.
• Maintains CMMS/EAM system for repairs and parts.
• Manages spare parts inventory.
• Willingness to work extra hours to meet productivity targets.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
