Job summary

CBRE is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the building systems, service material handling equipment, and robotic systems at a client facility. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to work within CBRE’s global network.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of related experience, GED or higher, and familiarity with MS Office. A strong focus on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance.
• Track inventory and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Support client operations and other duties as assigned.
