Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks Maintenance Technicians in the United States to support a major client facility. You will maintain building systems, repair MHE and robotic systems, and ensure safe, efficient operations across the site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with basic computer software. You will document maintenance activities and work with the Operations team to keep the facility running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Association or higher degree in mechanical/electrical field preferred.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training required.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with hand tools (powered or non-powered).
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine maintenance and safety tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues on MHE, belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, etc.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and manage department inventory and coordinate with Client/Operations teams.
