Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems for a major client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems throughout the site.

The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, and efficient operation, with opportunities to work with an industry-leading global network. On-site work with a team-focused environment is expected.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required; prefer technical or vocational training.
• Associate degree in mechanical/electrical fields is a plus.
• Experience with MHE, robotics, or automated systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams to support operations.
