Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the building systems inside a client facility. You will maintain material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, document routines, and coordinate with the Operations Maintenance team. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office; physical ability to lift up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical education preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience or training in maintenance roles.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with hand tools and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems within a client facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work orders.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with MHE components such as belts, motors, sensors, and relays.
• Move and handle parts; participate in safety procedures and shift handoffs.
• Coordinate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams to ensure uptime.
