Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the facility's MHE and robotic systems. You will maintain, repair, and improve packaging and distribution equipment while documenting preventative maintenance and coordinating with the client operations team.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations teams.
