Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation of building systems at a client facility in Bethlehem. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems to ensure safe, reliable performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
