Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems in a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and optimize material handling equipment and robotic systems while adhering to safety standards.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with client teams. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
1 year of related experience and/or training is expected.
Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with power tools and hand tools.
Ability to follow instructions and perform routine maintenance.
Physical ability to move up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
Track and store department inventory.
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
