Job summary

Infosys is hiring for an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in Tempe to drive IT infrastructure analytics and automation across banking and financial services. You will develop ServiceNow reports, Power BI dashboards, and KPI reporting while improving system performance and security.

You will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, design scalable infra, and support deployments, testing, and capacity planning in a fast-paced, AI-assisted environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Create data models, KPIs, measures, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Identify opportunities for automation using APIs, scripting, workflows.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and data collection processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and reporting capabilities.
• Solid root cause analysis and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to resolve incidents, perform root cause analyses and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports and support due diligence.
• Contribute to scalable, cost-effective IT infra designs and document deployments.
• Align release schedules and perform post-deployment testing; manage version control.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, fixes, and upgrades for uninterrupted integration.
• Analyze performance data, coordinate insights on system behavior and capacity planning.
• Conduct security checks, drills, and compliance audits; implement security measures.
• Gather feedback to identify automation opportunities and optimize infrastructure processes.
• Liaise with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements.
