Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow/Power BI Automation Engineer for a full-time role and a Richardson, TX presence with options in Hartford, Raleigh and Tempe.

You will design and automate enterprise reporting using ServiceNow and Power BI to deliver executive dashboards and actionable insights. You will build data models, KPIs, measures, and scorecards, automate recurring reports, and collaborate with security and engineering teams to improve service health and compliance.

Formación

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and data extracts.
• Power BI Development: Design and build Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports using ServiceNow and enterprise data sources.
• Create data models, KPIs, measures, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Provide insights into operational performance, compliance, service health, and engineering effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for automation using APIs, scripting, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Automate recurring reports, data collection, validation, distribution, and notifications.
• Experience developing automated reporting and workflow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and reporting capabilities.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

Required Skill and Experience

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Omnissa Workspace ONE administration and support.
• Medium-level troubleshooting and engineering experience.
• Monitor endpoint performance, compliance, logs, and alerts.
• Analyze logs and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Work with security teams to ensure endpoint protection and compliance.

Change Management

• Experience with change management processes, tools, and implementations.
