Job summary

Infosys Limited is actively seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to support IT infrastructure assessments, deployments, and optimization for its US Financial Services clients. The role focuses on ServiceNow reporting, Power BI development, and automation to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, conduct security checks, and contribute to continuous improvement across banking, wealth management, and insurance projects.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow reporting & analytics expertise.
• Power BI dashboards and reports using ServiceNow and enterprise data sources.
• Data models, KPIs, measures, scorecards, and visualizations for operational performance.
• Automation opportunities using APIs, scripting, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Automated reporting: data collection, validation, distribution, and notifications.
• Experience with Power Automate, PowerShell, and Python for automation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and reporting capabilities.
• Solid root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document root causes with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare actionable assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and document deployed systems.
• Align release schedules, execute deployments, and perform post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning to optimize systems.
