Stantec is seeking an Automation/Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our Energy and Resources team in Atlanta. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary design group, supporting projects across North America in mining, power, oil & gas, and renewable energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5–10 years of engineering, design, and construction experience in heavy industry, mining, oil & gas, power generation.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support from proposals through detailed design and start-up.
• Site work and investigations as required.
• Design instrumentation diagrams, datasheets and specifications.
• Design PLC/DCS/HMI/SCADA architectures and integration with third-party systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
