Job summary

Stord is seeking a high-ownership Program Manager to lead cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives, from tooling rollouts to system migrations and process redesigns. You’ll translate requirements into detailed roadmaps, RACIs, and workflows, driving alignment across teams.

You will build automation and AI-enabled solutions to minimize manual work, run recurring governance reviews, and partner with Security and Finance to maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management at a fast-growing tech company.
• Run cross-functional programs end-to-end with multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience coordinating integrations across a modern software stack.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and renewals.
• Automation-first mindset using scripts, no-code/low-code tools or AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high execution standards.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Translate requirements into roadmaps, RACIs, and workflows across teams.
• Build automation and AI-driven processes to reduce manual work.
• Maintain the operating rhythm with dashboards and status updates for leadership.
• Support SOC controls evidence and audit calendar alignment with Security and Finance.
• Create and maintain the Internal Systems playbook and documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders to prioritize and remove roadblocks across functions.
• Provide clear executive visibility through timely reports and updates.
