Job summary

Stord is seeking a Program Manager, Professional Services, to lead the onboarding experience for new customers and help existing customers expand across channels, services, and products. You will work across Commercial, Implementation, Integration and Operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvement.

You will partner with multiple stakeholders, manage a portfolio of projects, and travel up to 50% for critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) to communicate with internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Versatile team player comfortable under pressure and able to push for clarification when needed.
• Strong drive and resilience to remove barriers and enable teams to achieve objectives.
• Experience in a cross-functional, customer-oriented change role such as a consultant, manager, or customer implementation manager in supply chain services, SaaS, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a portfolio of customer projects from onboarding to standalone WMS/OMS launches and Professional Services engagements.
• Partner with Commercial, Implementation, Integration, and Operations teams to drive onboarding from signature through hypercare and translate customer requests into requirements and SOPs.
• Balance multiple priorities, timelines, scope changes, and budgets while keeping customer and Stord goals in mind.
• Track progress and performance of onboarding processes and identify KPIs to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Design and execute innovative technology solutions and implement new systems/processes for existing customers across our supply chain network.
• Provide feedback to refine and evolve Stord’s service offering and onboarding experience for new customers.
• Act as a culture ambassador for Stord values and continuously seek improvements in supply chain activities and across the organization.
