Job summary

Stord is seeking a high-ownership Program Manager to lead cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives, focusing on tooling, IT, and security. You will translate requirements into clear plans, drive automation, and partner with every function as the company scales.

You'll own program reviews, dashboards, and executive updates, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining audit readiness and strong governance across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management at a fast-growing technology company.
• Proven track record running end-to-end cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating integrations across a modern software stack.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and renewals.
• Automation-first mindset using scripts or no-code/low-code tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear, precise updates.
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and reporting for cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives.
• Translate goals into roadmaps, RACIs, and workflows across teams.
• Replace manual work with automation and AI where possible.
• Lead recurring reviews, dashboards, and status communications for leadership.
• Support SOC controls and audit calendar with Security and Finance.
• Create playbooks and documentation for Internal Systems.
• Align priorities with leaders across the business and remove roadblocks.
• Maintain crisp project docs and provide escalations to stakeholders.
