Job summary

Stord is seeking a high-ownership Program Manager to own cross-functional Internal Systems initiatives across tooling, IT, and security. You will translate requirements into clear project plans, drive automation, and ensure on-time delivery with tight alignment across teams.

You will partner with Security and Finance to maintain audit readiness, SOC controls, and evidence collection, while building playbooks and documentation to scale Internal Systems across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management at a fast-growing tech company.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional integrations across a modern software stack.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, and renewals.
• Automation-first mindset with scripts or no-code/low-code tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and reporting for Internal Systems initiatives.
• Translate goals into roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows.
• Build automation to replace manual work.
• Lead recurring reviews and dashboards for leadership.
• Support SOC controls and audit readiness.
• Develop Internal Systems playbook and documentation.
