Job summary

Stord is seeking a high-ownership Program Manager for Internal Systems to own cross-functional programs spanning tooling, IT, security, and vendor landscape. You will translate requirements into detailed roadmaps, ensure timely delivery, and drive automation to reduce manual work across the company as we scale.

You will report to the Internal Systems team and collaborate with every function at Stord, building processes and playbooks that improve efficiency and governance from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or a closely related field at a fast-growing technology company.
• Track record of running cross-functional programs end to end with strong follow-through.
• Hands-on experience coordinating integrations across a modern software stack.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and renewal cycles.
• Automation-first instinct using scripts, no-code/low-code tools, or AI to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional Internal Systems programs — tooling rollouts, migrations, and process redesigns.
• Translate high-level goals into detailed roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows across teams.
• Build automation first to replace manual work with automated workflows and AI agents.
• Maintain the operating rhythm with recurring reviews, dashboards, and status updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with Security and Finance to keep SOC controls and audit calendars on track.
• Create and maintain the Internal Systems playbook, standards, and documentation.
