Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering; equivalent experience considered.
• Hands-on leadership in automation, machinery, field service, or industrial operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and integration of automation systems.
• 3+ years in field service, technical service, or technical operations leading teams.
• Experience driving KPIs, continuous improvement, productivity, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily technical operations across Service, Applications, Customer Support, and testing.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and escalations.
• Improve response times, productivity, workflows, and efficiency.
• Establish KPIs, priorities, processes, and standards.
• Lead onboarding, training, and team development.
• Oversee repair/RGA, safety, and 5S.
• Coordinate projects with international teams.
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
