Impact Business Group is seeking hands-on Field Service Engineers to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of custom machinery at customer facilities in Michigan. Responsibilities

Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service custom automated machinery and capital equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, motors, sensors, and industrial control systems.
Perform equipment startups, testing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve equipment issues.
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Provide onsite technical support with up to 90% travel.
