Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or 2+ years of PLC/automation experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience with PLC-controlled automation in process or production environments.
• Experience with robotics work cells and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation systems critical for operations as site expert.
• Troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, DeviceNet, ControlNet).
• Monitor MHE metrics and analyze performance with maintenance teams.
• Provide first-level escalation support for site technicians, locally and remotely.
• Perform System Assessments to enhance material handling performance.
