As a Systems Engineer in IT, you will evolve our IT infrastructure with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management and compliance. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving with data-driven discovery.
• Good knowledge of at least one high-level language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl).
• Experience building/operating cloud-based infra (AWS, IAM, endpoint management).

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve automation and integration problems across teams.
• Design, build, and own automations for IAM, endpoint management, security and compliance.
• Lead cross-organisational projects to evolve our IT infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code.
• Promote automation and AI adoption through enablement and education.
• Drive incident response in coordination with InfoSec and engineering teams.
