Job summary

Finom is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to build and automate the access lifecycle across our enterprise apps. You will connect identity, HR, device, and SaaS governance systems, enabling automatic provisioning and deprovisioning with minimal human intervention.

You’ll work with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions, manage backend IAM, and drive automation-first initiatives across Windows, macOS, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on Windows and macOS experience.
• Strong IAM experience with JumpCloud (SSO, SCIM, and SAML).
• MDM/UEM experience for zero-touch deployment.
• Automation-first mindset with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
• API fluency: REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM; familiarity with iPaaS like n8n.
• Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and Jira Service Management.
• Clear, concise English communication.
• Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Build the access lifecycle automation across top applications.
• Integrate core systems (HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
• Manage identity and access backend: SSO/SCIM/SAML in JumpCloud.
• Deliver the security controls programme (least-privilege, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Administer Jira Service Management and Atlassian Suite.
• Own endpoint automation: JumpCloud MDM across Windows/macOS.
• Drive SaaS and budget optimization by monitoring usage and logs.
• Document configurations, automations, and API maps.
• Lead technical projects end-to-end (SSO app, new integrations).
