Job summary

ePayPolicy is seeking a security-minded IT engineer to build and own identity, access, and device-management systems. You will craft automated, self-service workflows and maintain secure authentication across our services.

You will collaborate with the IT and Security teams in a hybrid environment, shaping the security posture and automation strategy while supporting rapid growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of identity, access management, and lifecycle workflows.
• Experience with SSO, SAML/OIDC, and directory services.
• MDM knowledge and zero-touch provisioning concepts.
• Comfort with scripting or APIs to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Automate workflows and build self-service solutions to reduce tickets.
• Manage IdP and ensure secure authentication, SSO, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines.
• Design and operate MDM platforms with zero-touch provisioning for new hires.
• Collaborate with IT and Security to scale infrastructure securely.
