Dijital Team is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design and maintain automation solutions within a managed services context. The role focuses on eliminating repetitive tasks, integrating business systems, and leveraging AI-enabled platforms to enhance service delivery.

You will collaborate with service delivery, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to identify opportunities, build scalable workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Automation Engineer in MSP environments
• Strong understanding of MSP workflows and service delivery processes
• Experience designing and maintaining automation solutions to improve efficiency
• Ability to identify automation opportunities across technical and business ops

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automations across MSP and business systems
• Build scalable automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
• Develop reusable automation templates, frameworks, and best practices
• Create monitoring and alerting for automation workflows
• Develop integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs and webhooks
• Troubleshoot automation failures and API issues
