Job summary

Finom is expanding its IT Operations team and seeks an IT Solutions Engineer who builds systems, not just fixes tickets. You’ll own the automation layer connecting identity, HR, device, and SaaS governance, ensuring reliable provisioning and access lifecycle events with minimal human intervention.

You’ll collaborate with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions, script where needed, and prioritize reliability, security, and edge cases from day one.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Strong IAM experience with JumpCloud for SSO, SCIM, and SAML.
• Strong MDM/UEM experience and zero-touch deployment.
• An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills to build scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build the access lifecycle automation layer across our top apps and automate provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Integrate core systems and create event-driven workflows using REST APIs, SCIM, and n8n.
• Manage backend IAM: configure JumpCloud SSO, SCIM, and SAML; troubleshoot provisioning/auth issues.
• Deliver security controls automation for compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA).
• Administer and optimize Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools in the ITSM stack.
• Own endpoint automation: JumpCloud MDM policies and zero-touch deployment for Windows/macOS.
• Monitor SaaS usage to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement changes.
• Document all configurations, automations, and API mappings for team use.
• Lead small technical projects from requirements to delivery with guidance to teammates.
