You will troubleshoot Windows, manage security-conscious administration, and craft PowerShell scripts, RMM workflows, and runbooks to reduce recurring work. Qualifications

• Must own Tier 2 issues and resolve them independently.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows effectively.
• Demonstrate security-aware administration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 ticket resolution.
