Job summary

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Ability to integrate APIs and enterprise SaaS platforms; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy automation solutions across M365 and Azure to reduce manual effort.
• Build provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, reporting, monitoring workflows.
• Develop AI-powered tools using Azure OpenAI and Copilot to assist operations.
• Own license provisioning, user lifecycle management, governance workflows, and dashboards.
