Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related systems. You will troubleshoot issues, document work in CMMS, and escalate as needed to ensure production and quality targets are met.

The role requires 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong knowledge of PLC logic, and the ability to work with electrical/mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience repairing and maintaining conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment.
• Basic Excel skills and experience with CMMS/ticketing systems.
• Experience with PLC logic and troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, document work in CMMS, and escalate when needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis of major downtime events and implement corrective actions.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and participate in facility projects ( carpentry, plumbing, etc.).
• Record production delays and analyze causes to prevent recurrence.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE.
