Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPC Controls Team Supervisor to lead and mentor the Controls Technicians while continuing hands-on work on control systems. You will coordinate with SCADA, PLC, and IT specialists to integrate advanced automated equipment across production lines.

Qualifications

A four-year degree, one to two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Project management skills and the ability to execute work according to established timelines.

Responsibilities

Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work and collaborate with multiple teams.
Research, analyze, install, and test automation control systems to improve efficiency and production demands.
Diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues, and recommend preventive maintenance.
Manage projects and timelines, provide end-user training, and coordinate vendor relations.
