Corterra Group of Companies is seeking a hunter-minded Business Development & Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Corterra platform. You will focus on panel and engineering opportunities, generating new business, and representing Corterra to clients as a trusted partner for control panel, wire harness, and automation solutions.

You will build a strong pipeline, exceed sales targets, and present technical solutions to engineers, managers, and executives while traveling regionally up to 35%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in manufacturing, automation, or controls.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts.
• Technical aptitude in control panels, automation, or wire harness solutions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and aligned with our values-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business for Corterra’s platform companies.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Present technical solutions and proposals to engineers, managers, and executives.
• Represent Corterra at trade shows, networking events, and customer visits.
• Cross-sell solutions across the platform.
