Schreiber Foods in Richland Center, WI, seeks an Electrical Engineer to optimize automation across a dairy manufacturing environment. You'll lead control system projects, mentor maintenance teams, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering improvements in efficiency and uptime.

The role covers SCADA/HMI/MES development, equipment upgrades, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement capital projects and robust documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical control system programming, electrical system design, power distribution, project management, and equipment installations.
• Fundamental knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E, and electrical theory.
• Proven ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions to completion.
• Experience reading electrical drawings and team-oriented collaboration.

Mansioni

• Execute Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls projects on time and within budget.
• Coach and train maintenance team members on electrical automation topics.
• Manage electrical and engineering contractors and monitor performance.
• Improve production efficiency and uptime through controls optimization opportunities.
• Develop SCADA/HMI/MES solutions and data dashboards to drive performance improvements.
