Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Richland Center, Wisconsin is seeking an Electrical/Controls Engineer to drive productivity, quality, and capacity improvements in our automated production environment.

You will implement SCADA/HMI/MES solutions, mentor maintenance staff, ensure safety and food safety standards, and lead electrical projects from design through commissioning, with occasional on-call hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields is required.
• 3+ years in electrical control system programming, electrical design, power distribution, project management, and equipment installations preferred.
• Proficiency reading electrical drawings and basic programming needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls projects with cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Coach and train maintenance staff on electrical automation topics.
• Develop SCADA, HMI, MES, and data reporting solutions to improve performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and customer requirements.
• Establish and audit PCPs, CCPs, and SOPs to define and monitor processes.
