Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Systems & Controls professional at our Monett, MO plant. The role focuses on control systems optimization, maintenance automation training, and capital project execution to improve productivity and quality.

You will apply SCADA/HMI/MES solutions, ensure safety standards are followed, and work with leadership to meet customer requirements. Relocation support is available and ESOP participation is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical control system programming, electrical system design, power distribution, project management, and equipment installations.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA70E, and electrical theory.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and communicate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls projects against cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Coach and train plant maintenance team on electrical automation topics.
• Oversee performance of electrical and engineering contractors.
• Improve production efficiency and uptime through controls optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain plant control systems including network health and controller functionality.
• Develop SCADA, HMI, MES, and data reporting solutions to improve performance and safety.
