Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and build automations that reduce repetitive IT Service Desk work, including provisioning and troubleshooting flows, using AI where beneficial.
• Develop self-service tools to empower internal customers to resolve common IT requests.
• Create custom applications and automations to extend existing tools and platforms.
