Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking to enhance IT service delivery by building automations and AI-assisted workflows that reduce routine tasks for service desk agents. The role also focuses on self-service automation for internal customers to resolve requests quickly without human intervention.

You will design, build, and implement innovative solutions across the company to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering.
• Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools.
• Adept in programming with Python, Go, or Rust.
• Proven success in developing end-user applications and workflow automations using REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automations that take repetitive work off IT Service Desk, including provisioning and access requests, using AI where it yields efficiency.
• Ship self-service tools enabling internal customers to resolve IT requests independently and safely.
• Develop custom applications and automations that extend existing tools and systems.
