Zusammenfassung

Groundswell is actively seeking a seasoned test lead to supervise a team of test specialists across system, regression, performance, and automation testing. You will translate requirements into clear test objectives and drive end-to-end testing programs to ensure mission-aligned outcomes.

You will own the overall test strategy, including methodologies, schedules, and analysis, while building automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications across system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex test programs.
• Translate complex requirements into clear test objectives and assess test cycles and safety reviews.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Familiar with commercial test environments and procedures.
• Certification from SAFe Agile, ICAgile, or Tosca is a plus.
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance

• Analyze test output and defect data; deliver actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
