Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the management and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems to ensure continuous operation and efficiency.

Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, documenting activities, and collaborating with CBRE and client teams to maintain high safety and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE and robotic systems.
• Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventive maintenance routines and store records.
