Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams. Experience with MHE, automation, and CMMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and provide routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
