Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems and automated material handling equipment within a client facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve MHE and robotic systems while following safety procedures.

You will work closely with the Client and Operations teams, documenting preventive maintenance tasks and ensuring reliable equipment performance in a fast-paced environment serving large-scale

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
